Locum Veterinary Surgeon Friendly, Independent Small Animal Practice, Birmingham A well-established, independent small animal practice in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and confident Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join their team for a short-term role in February. The position is available for the following dates: 17th 21st February 24th 28th February Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break each day. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling routine consultations and surgeries, with the ability to work independently when required. Job Opportunity: Locum Veterinary Nurse (MAT Cover) - Brighton and Hove A friendly and supportive small animal practice in Hove is seeking a skilled Locum Veterinary Nurse to join their team for an ongoing maternity cover role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a warm and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to a varied caseload of small animals. Role Details: Position: Locum Veterinary Nurse Start Date: 24th February Contract: Ongoing Maternity Cover Hours: 3 days per week (flexible days) No OOH or weekends required Hourly Rate: Up to £23 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Assisting with a range of nursing duties, including but not limited to surgical prep, anaesthesia monitoring, and patient care. Providing excellent client care and support.
