
Our recruitment process
Since our inception in 2005 we have solely recruited for the Veterinary profession. This gives us an invaluable insight into the employment side of the business that very few agencies have. Our clients come to us because they know we offer a professional, reliable and honest service. We still follow the same founding principles we have always had– Honesty, integrity, professionalism. We do recruitment properly.
We value all of our clients and apply the same emphasis and care to a single site independent, as we would a large corporate or Charity.
Our talent pool
The last 20 years have seen huge changes with the growth of the corporate sector. Global factors such as the creation and leaving of EU membership, and the affordability of global travel has made the UK the most attractive place to work in the world. A once UK dominated profession now welcomes vets and nurses from all the world.
We have maintained our ongoing connections with staff who have come and gone during this time- candidates have become clients, and vice versa. We value this ongoing relationship. As a result, we have an extensive refined database of workers who will answer when we reach out.


Our results
Experience does and should matter. We aim for excellence in everything we do. There are lots of newcomers to the sector making broad claims about their wealth of experience, but there are only handful of us that genuinely know the veterinary sector properly. Being a true specialist recruiter is something that our clients rely on every day. GLG provides a crucial role in the continuation and expansion of the veterinary sector in the UK.
