Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. This full-time role offers a fantastic work/home life balance with a 4-day work week totaling 39 hours. The weekend schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose between working 1:3 half weekends or 1:6 full weekends based on your preference.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical care
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in small animals
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures
• Provide mentorship and support to junior veterinarians and veterinary nurses
• Ensure compliance with veterinary best practices and regulations
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and communication
• Participate in and contribute to practice management and development
