Job Summary:

Salary: £43,088 - £57,169 per annum (including allowances)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform consultations, examinations, and diagnostics to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
- Carry out routine and advanced surgical procedures, ensuring the best outcomes for animals.
- Provide emergency care and treatment when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary nurses and other team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate pet owners on preventative care, treatment plans, and post-operative recovery.
- Contribute to the smooth running and positive culture of the practice.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid veterinary license.
- Previous experience in a clinical or surgical veterinary setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
