Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 veterinarians, 5 nurses, 2 student nurses, and 2 animal care assistants
Oversee all clinical and surgical activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
Develop treatment protocols and establish clinical standards in collaboration with the team
Conduct consultations, diagnostic tests, and surgical procedures
Engage with clients to ensure compassionate, effective communication and build long-term client relationships
Participate in the development and implementation of practice initiatives and improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
Veterinary degree with current RCVS registration
Significant experience in veterinary surgery, ideally with prior leadership experience
