This practice have been led by their Veterinary Surgeon and Partner for 17 years. The practice currently consists of 4 vets, 6 nurses, and 5 client care advisors. The practice is purpose-built with state-of-the-art equipment and serves an expanding and loyal client base.

About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident in small animal medicine and surgery, with experience in routine and emergency procedures
- Equipped with excellent communication skills, focused on delivering exceptional client care
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest veterinary practices
- A positive, caring individual with a genuine passion for animal welfare
- A strong team player with an eagerness to contribute fresh ideas and energy
- Interested in learning about the business aspects of the practice and motivating the team to achieve personal and practice goals
