GLG Vets is excited to support a growing and well-established veterinary practice in Essex in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive team in a modern practice, with excellent work-life balance and support for professional development.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals.
  • Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries in line with practice protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients and patients.
  • Build strong relationships with pet owners, offering guidance on preventive care.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice by assisting in administrative duties and ensuring high standards of clinical care.

The role offers a four-day workweek with no out-of-hours (OOH) work, allowing you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle. CPD is actively encouraged, and the practice is happy to support candidates looking to undertake additional qualifications or certificates.

Requirements:

  • RCVS registration and veterinary qualification.
