Locum Veterinary Surgeon - Ongoing (L3V4Y6WW)

GLG Vets is seeking a skilled and passionate Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established veterinary practice in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a practice known for its supportive and friendly environment. The position is available starting from 1st January 2025.

Start Date: 1st January 2025
Duration: 1 month to ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality veterinary care, including consultations and surgeries
• Work a mix of routine and emergency cases, offering a variety of cases that will keep you engaged and challenged
• Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinary nurses and admin staff to ensure the smooth running of the practice
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Working Hours:

• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Shifts: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Weekends: Shared Saturday rota

Support Provided:

• You'll be working alongside a highly experienced and friendly team who will provide support throughout your tenure
• The practice is equipped with excellent facilities and resources to aid in the delivery of quality care

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered)
• Previous experience in a small animal practice is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care
• The ability to work well within a team and independently
