GLG Vets is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mixed Animal Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the County of Banff for a locum assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vet to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality care to both small and large animals.
Location: County of Banff
Dates: 10th February 2025 - 30th March 2025
Hours: 5 days per week, shifts of either 8:30 am - 6:30 pm or 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Accommodation: Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality veterinary care across a mixed caseload of small and large animals
- Performing consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures as required
- Working collaboratively with a team of vets, nurses, and support staff
- Providing excellent client communication and patient care
Requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS)
- Experience in mixed animal practice
- Confident in routine surgical and medical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This role offers flexible working hours within a friendly and well-equipped practice. Accommodation is available for the duration of the assignment.
