Registered Veterinary Nurse - Surrey (L9WVR3V4)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established veterinary practice in Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate team in a supportive environment.

Role Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Weekend Work: 1 in 6 full weekends or 1 in 3 Saturdays
• Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a wide variety of animals.
• Assist in surgery and consultations, supporting the veterinary team.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarians.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, offering advice and support when needed.
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic.

Requirements:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS membership.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar veterinary nursing role is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
