We are on the look-out for a compassionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering treatments, assisting with surgery, and supporting recovery.
- Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets.
- Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and recovery of patients for surgery, including anesthesia monitoring.
- Offer advice and support to pet owners regarding health and wellness, including post-operative care and preventative measures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained clinical environment.
Key Requirements
- Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with relevant professional qualifications.
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and providing the best care to pets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends on a 1:5 Saturday rotation.
