Registered Veterinary Nurse - Join Our Expanding Team!
Are you a passionate and dynamic Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a fast-paced and exciting work environment? We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who values patient care and progression to join our expanding team as we grow our services even further.
About Our Practice
We have recently launched an exciting 24-hour service, featuring some of the best ECC Vets & RVNs in the industry! Our practice is currently undergoing renovations, and we'll soon have:
On-site access to a CT Scanner
A new cat ward and consult room
A large prep area
An isolation area
Separate dog kennels
A lovely theatre
An x-ray room
An in-house lab
Our current Vet team is amazing! Our Lead Vet is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with interests in regenerative medicine and is highly supportive of all team members in the practice. Our Vet Team has diverse interests, creating a well-rounded team with specialties including:
Dentistry
Medicine
Imaging
Cytology
Endoscopy/Endo-surgery
Soft-Tissue Surgery
Dermatology
And more!
Our RVN & Support Teams
Our RVN & Support Teams are second to none, bringing years of experience and playing a vital role in the running of our practice. We love to see our RVN Team progress and grow, which is why the majority of our management team come from nursing backgrounds.
The practice offers a really exciting and varied caseload where youll be fully involved in cases including:
Orthopaedics
TPLOs
Fracture Repairs
Complex Medical Cases
Laparoscopic Spays
And much more!
This gives you the opportunity to work within your own areas of interest, whether you enjoy all areas of nursing or have a particular focus on surgery, wards, anaesthesia, or intensive care. We are happy to foster your interests and help you become the RVN you strive to be.

We offer a flexible work schedule with a 4 or 5 day week, and a 1:4 weekend rota with TOIL for weekends worked. Additionally, we provide certificate support or an amazing CPD allowance, along with fantastic opportunities for progression.

Dedicated theatre or Wards nursing
Or even move into management down the line!

Your Role as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be working alongside multiple certificate-holding Vets, a fantastic team of RVNs, highly trained VCAs, a fully committed customer care team, and an incredibly supportive Hospital Management team.
With this position, you have the opportunity to support our nursing and support teams with clinical coaching opportunities and the chance to further progress your career through CPD and further certification support.
Interested in ECC? We are a 24-hour site with a dedicated night team, but we love everyone to get involved to create an amazing atmosphere and truly feel like a team. That's why we would love for you to join our on-call rota, pledging 7 night shifts a year (With a lovely little bonus to say thank you!).
As an RVN, youll play an integral part in our dedicated day team, providing compassionate care and support to patients in need. We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, the ability to handle emergency situations with confidence, excellent communication skills, and teamworking abilities, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
