Job Title: Senior Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Falkirk, Stirlingshire
Working Hours: The full-time rota for this position will include working 40 hours over 4 days per week however we are open discussing part time hours for the right candidate. Typically, you will be working two operating shifts and two consulting shifts per week. Weekends are on a rota basis and we do cover our own inpatients during evening and weekends. There is no out of hours or on-call requirement.
Salary: Up to £68,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
