About the Role:
This Charity Hospital is looking for both experienced all-round general practitioners and vets with specific interests in areas such as medicine, imaging, and surgery. The hospital carries out a lot of in-house procedures, offering variety in caseloads and the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases.
The clinical team is currently expanding under the guidance of a new clinical lead, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of this exciting development. The hospital holds regular clinical and practice meetings that allow for case discussions and continual improvement of protocols.
The diary is well-managed, with book-on-the-day appointments and sufficient time allocated for procedures, ensuring a pleasant working environment. The hospital places a strong emphasis on staff well-being, encouraging proper lunch breaks (30 minutes to 1 hour) and ensuring that employees can get home to their loved ones at the end of the day. Overtime (including missed lunches) can be claimed back as time in lieu.

- Saturday rota: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM), with these hours claimed back as time in lieu.
- Flexible working hours are available, with full or part-time options welcomed.
