We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our exceptional team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility alongside experienced veterinarians, skilled RVNs, dedicated Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs), and a highly committed customer care and management team.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time (4-day week)
Weekend Commitment: Share of weekend rota
As part of our team, you'll be involved in delivering high-quality veterinary care across a variety of cases, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in both routine and emergency surgeries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to inpatients, ensuring their comfort and recovery.
- Monitor anaesthetics during surgical procedures and assist with diagnostic imaging, such as radiographs and ultrasound.
- Conduct nurse consultations, advising pet owners on general health, nutrition, and preventative care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilization in clinical areas and equipment.
- Participate in patient admissions and discharges, offering clear communication and support to pet owners.
- Engage in training and development opportunities, including CPD and Certificate studies, to further your career progression.
- Collaborate closely with the wider veterinary team, including the hospital management team, to ensure exceptional service and care standards are met.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) status or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for animal welfare and a desire to continuously improve patient care.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with vets, VCAs, and the customer care team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, with an interest in CPD and further training.
- Flexibility to work a 4-day week with a share of weekend duties.
