About the Practice:
This vibrant and dynamic veterinary practice, located in Essex, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their large, collaborative team. The practice boasts a diverse and skilled workforce, including 14 vets, several with surgical and medical certificates, and many more currently advancing their qualifications in cardiology and medicine. They also have a highly skilled nursing team, with many members possessing Schedule 3, imaging training, and postgraduate certificates. With the addition of a Hydrotherapist, Physiotherapist, and 12 Client Care Advisers, this practice provides a supportive and enriching environment for both patients and staff.
Location: Essex
Working Hours: 4-day week, 1 in 4 weekends, 40-hour rota

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care to all animals
- Collaborate with a large, supportive team of professionals, including vets, nurses, physiotherapists, and client care advisers
- Participate in a rotating 40-hour rota, with 1 in 4 weekends
- Pursue professional development through the provided CPD opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Passion for animal welfare and providing the highest standards of veterinary care
- Experience in the field, with a willingness to learn and grow
