About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive practice in Liverpool, Merseyside. This full-time role offers an excellent work-life balance with flexible working hours, the opportunity for professional development, and a supportive work environment. You'll have the chance to work with a dynamic team in a well-equipped practice, with a roster that includes a manageable weekend schedule.
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 4 days
Weekend Roster: 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 Saturday and Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care to a variety of animals
- Perform surgeries and procedures in line with your experience and training
- Conduct diagnostics, treatment plans, and consultations
- Ensure the highest standard of patient and client care
- Be part of a collaborative team, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Engage in continuous professional development and training
Benefits:
- Up to £65,000 per year salary
- Clinical CPD allowance of £1,500 per year
- VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid
- Support for Certificates of Sponsorship for Tier 2 (General) Visa and relocation assistance

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to animal care

- Full UK driving license preferred, or a willingness to travel between practices
