About the Role:
Join a fantastic practice in Maldon, Essex, where your work-life balance is valued. Most of our vets work a 4-day week, consolidating their hours between 9am and 7pm, and participate in a 1:4 weekend rota (Saturday: 9am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-4pm). Bank holiday cover is shared among the team, ensuring fairness and flexibility.

The Team:
You'll join a knowledgeable and friendly team of:
- 5 experienced RVNs
- 1 Student RVN
- 2 Veterinary Care Assistants
- 5 welcoming receptionists
- 2.5 veterinary surgeons
