Veterinary Surgeon Multi-Site Role
Location: Oxford
Hours: 36 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends, with no out-of-hours work
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience), plus partnership/ownership opportunities

The role offers the flexibility to split time evenly between the sites or focus on one preferred location. Serving over 10,000 clients, this team provides a diverse range of cases ideal for both new graduates and experienced vets eager to grow.
All three practices are easily accessible via the M4 and A34, offering convenience and connectivity.

Each site is equipped with top-of-the-line tools and technology, including:
- Diathermy/Ligasure units at every location
- Keyhole laparoscopy kit and arthroscopes
- Advanced ultrasound machines for imaging
- Orthopaedic equipment for fracture and cruciate repairs (TTA/TPLO)
- ECG and multiparameter monitoring for anaesthesia
- Digital X-ray systems
Meet the Team:
The practices are home to a talented and supportive team:
- Veterinary Team: 8 vets (including 3 partners)
- Nursing Team: 9 qualified nurses, 3 student nurses, and 4 VCAs
- Administrative Support: 7 receptionists and a dedicated practice manager
The leadership includes:
- Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery with a special interest in orthopaedics, soft tissue, and airway surgery (BOAS).
- Specialist in intensive care, acute medicine, and soft tissue surgery, with a postgraduate BSAVA in small animal internal medicine.
