Salary: Up to £65,000 (based on experience)

The practice operates with a dynamic setup of three vets per day: two vets handle consultations, while a dedicated vet focuses on surgery. You'll work in a well-supported environment where collaboration and care are central to the practice's philosophy. Whether you're consulting with pet owners or performing surgery, you'll always have the support of experienced colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional veterinary care to a variety of patients, from consultations to surgeries
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported
- Work alongside a dedicated team of three vets, with a clear division of responsibilities to allow focus on specific areas
- Perform surgeries, supported by a vet solely focused on surgical procedures
- Maintain thorough, accurate medical records to meet RCVS standards
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering them both expert care and empathetic service
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon, registered with the RCVS
- Experience is a plus, but we welcome newly qualified vets eager to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues alike
- A team player who enjoys a supportive and collaborative work environment
- A desire for flexible hours - whether that's part-time, weekends, or a combination of both
