At GLG Vets, we are thrilled to be recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established independent practice in the heart of Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for a vet seeking a good work-life balance, offering flexibility with no on-call duties, no Sundays, and no bank holidays. Job Type: Part-Time (3-day week, every other Saturday morning) Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 FTE (commensurate with experience and hours) Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent clinical care to our patients Consultations and treatments across a variety of cases Surgical procedures when required Build strong relationships with clients and their pets Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team Skills & Qualifications: RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligibility to register) Previous experience in a small animal practice Strong communication and client care skills Ability to work independently, with confidence and professionalism What We Offer: Competitive salary (£50,000 - £80,000 FTE) Up to six weeks of holiday leave Loyalty bonus scheme Staff recruitment reward scheme Generous CPD budget with encouraged development RCVS and VDS fees paid Staff pets treated at cost price Why Join Us?
