GLG Vets are proud to partner with a well-established veterinary practice in Cheshire in search of a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an RVN who is passionate about animal care and seeking to work in a supportive environment where professional development is a key focus.
Role Overview:
Location: Cheshire
Work Pattern: Flexible options available:
4 days a week with 1 in 4 weekends
OR 3 extended days with 1 in 4 weekends
The RVN will also be open to carrying out duty nights for our stable patients
Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.

As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pets while leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals. You will be part of a supportive and friendly environment, where clinical excellence is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
Provide excellent clinical care to a variety of animals, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
Ensure the efficient running of the practice, including managing workflows and supporting junior staff
Promote a positive, supportive working environment for all team members
Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering advice and updates on animal health
Stay up to date with current veterinary practices and support continuous learning
About You:
A qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship
An interest in further developing clinical skills and specializations
