As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
Perform routine and complex surgeries and medical procedures
Provide leadership and support to junior vets and nursing staff
Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the practice
Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure the continued success of the practice
Skills and Experience:
RCVS registered veterinary surgeon
Proven experience in a senior clinical role, with strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills and a passion for veterinary care
Ability to mentor and inspire colleagues, maintaining a positive and professional working environment

Salary up to £90,000
