As the Lead Vet, you'll be a key figure in providing high-quality care and guidance to a dedicated team of professionals. The role offers a wonderful work-life balance, with a 4-day working week and a manageable weekend rotation. Salary: £70,000 per year

Location: Buckinghamshire

Workweek: 40 hours across 4 days (with a 1:4 rotation for full weekends)

Annual Leave: 5 weeks + Bank Holidays (rising to 6 weeks with length of service)
