About the Role
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with practical experience in veterinary medicine and diagnostics. Previous leadership and/or sole charge experience would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with working towards KPIs and leading a stable, consistent branch team. This independent veterinary group is dedicated to developing their veterinary professionals and values those with a passionate approach to enhancing their skills. Rota
- 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (various shift times between 7:30am 7:30pm), totalling 40 hours
- 1-hour lunch break

- 2 days off in lieu of weekends worked
- Flexible working requests and part-time applications will be considered
Salary
£45,000 to £65,000+ per annum, depending on experience, certificates, and advanced practitioner status.
