Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: Up to £80,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Your Role

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:

  • Drive clinical excellence within the practice.
  • Mentor and support the team to deliver outstanding client and patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, bringing innovative ideas to enhance practice operations.
  • Handle a varied caseload with confidence and efficiency.

Requirements

  • MRCVS registration.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally with prior leadership responsibilities.
  • A commitment to high standards of care and excellent client communication.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
