Salary: Up to £80,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time

- 1 full-time Veterinary Surgeon
- 4 RVNs

Your Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
- Drive clinical excellence within the practice.
- Mentor and support the team to deliver outstanding client and patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the team, bringing innovative ideas to enhance practice operations.
- Handle a varied caseload with confidence and efficiency.
Requirements
- MRCVS registration.
- Proven clinical experience, ideally with prior leadership responsibilities.
- A commitment to high standards of care and excellent client communication.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
