About the Role:
GLG Vets is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the heart of Exeter, Devon. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care and medical services to a varied caseload
- Lead a team of veterinary professionals, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- Ensure the efficient running of the practice, contributing to team development and patient care
- Be a point of contact for clients, offering advice and guidance
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols

- Salary: Competitive salary range of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, based on experience
