Our client, a reputable veterinary clinic in the charming town of Somerton, Somerset, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. With a beautiful clinic located in the heart of the town, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a skilled team in a well-equipped facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care and surgical services for a variety of species.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure exceptional standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety at all times.
- Efficiently manage caseloads and collaborate with colleagues to improve clinical outcomes.
- Keep up to date with the latest veterinary practices and advancements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
