We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a reputable veterinary practice in Kent starting in January 2025. This is an ongoing locum position offering a Monday to Thursday work schedule, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The practice is looking for a confident and compassionate individual who enjoys delivering high-quality care to a variety of animals in a well-established, supportive environment.

Working Hours: 4 Days per week (Monday to Thursday) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent veterinary care, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of species
- Performing routine and emergency surgeries
- Delivering consultations and consultations to clients in a professional manner
- Collaborating with a supportive team of veterinary professionals
- Keeping accurate and timely medical records
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service
About You:
- RCVS registered and a qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven experience in a veterinary practice, ideally as a locum or in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in both consultations and surgeries
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to work
- Compassionate and caring with a passion for animal welfare
