Our client is a well-established veterinary practice located in Chester-Le-Street, County Durham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team. The practice boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including dedicated wards, a spacious waiting room, and a fully-equipped preparation area with a separate imaging suite. Their modern equipment includes digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, physiotherapy laser, and in-house haematology and biochemistry machines, ensuring that the team can provide the best care to their patients.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality veterinary care for a variety of animals
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and treatments using the latest technology and equipment
  • Offer preventative healthcare advice to pet owners
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and friendly team of professionals
  • Ensure the wellbeing of animals in the practice and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration
