About the Role:
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established veterinary practice in South West London. This full-time role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a generous salary and a variety of benefits.

Location: South West London
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 6 weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to all patients, including pre-and post-operative care, emergency response, and general nursing duties.
  • Work alongside a supportive team of vets and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Take charge of clinical protocols, health and safety, and team development.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with stock control and ordering of veterinary supplies.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS membership.
  • Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and engage with clients.
  • Passionate about animal care and providing excellent service.
